This course provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in an administrative support role in a modern office environment. Students will learn effective communication techniques, time management strategies, record keeping, and organizational skills.
The course will cover a range of topics including computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as email and internet usage. Students will also gain an understanding of basic accounting principles and file management.
